Community Connector (Rural)

  • VO101208

Description

Affording energy bills continues to be difficult for many people particularly as we head towards winter. At the same time the climate crisis shows it is necessary for us to use our energy more wisely and reduce our carbon footprint.

As a Community Connector Volunteer you will receive energy advice training to deliver light touch energy advice to members of rural communities, helping householders to understand how to reduce their energy use and minimise their carbon emissions. The aim is to support people to be more comfortable in their homes without worrying about their energy bills.
