Benarty Community Shop are looking for volunteers. There are two parts of the community shop – the charity shop and the coffee shop. As a volunteer, you can get involved with serving customers, sorting donations, checking items, ironing and using the washing machine, displaying clothes and stock, or making drinks. Volunteers are trained in each department and can have the opportunity to volunteer in one or all of them. This is a great opportunity to gain experience in a retail and coffee shop environment. The profits go to worthwhile projects in the local community. They have a welcoming, happy environment in their shop and contribute to this by taking into account volunteers’ ideas and suggestions. They are very much a team.
