Provide information by responding to questions, requests & queries. Admin duties - filling, copying, printing, scanning. Draft/write letters/emails on behalf of the organisations. Ensure operation of equipment, such as printer, laminator. Organise/schedule meetings/appointments. Book conference calls/taxi/rooms. Maintain confidentiality/discretion. Maintain contact lists, maintain computers & filing lists. Develop/maintain the filing system. Develop admin systems and keep them updated. Develop/maintain knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing publications and establishing networks. The Carers Centre is seeking volunteer admin support. This opportunity would enhance existing skills and gain experience of working in the voluntary sector with a close supportive team who have a strong sense of teamwork and community. This is a part-time role of 2 days per week (8-10 hours) but we can be flexible.

Are you always on the phone? Are you calm, collected and chatty? We’re always looking for friendly, confident and helpful people to join our team and become the voice of your local store. You will be the first point of contact for our customers helping them with any enquiries and arranging collections for donations and deliveries.
