Many of the people coming to the CAB are upset, confused or distressed. Therefore we need an individual that can build a rapport, in a caring and sympathetic manner. Becoming a generalist advisor requires enthusiasm and commitment. It is also a great opportunity to make new friends and gain work experience, at the same time increasing your confidence.
