The Hilton Convention Centre is part of the Jesus House Aberdeen Church Charity. Our facilities in support of our charitable and community work include an excellent conference centre, multipurpose hall, business centre, library and resource centre, office space for short or long term rents. We also provide business support services.

We currently have great opportunities for people to assist us volunteering as Volunteer Administration Assistants.

Frequency and commitment details

Volunteering takes place Monday - Friday, office hours. Flexible times to help. All help makes a difference and is greatly appreciated.

Restrictions

Experience required: Need to be people-oriented, welcoming, have a can do attitude and be forward thinking. No specific experience is needed.
Travel details: Location is: Hilton Convention Centre, 13 Smithfield Road AB24 4NR. Car parking available and buses that pass nearby are First Bus and Stagecoach numbers: 23, 17, 18, 727, 220, 12.

Expenses paid: Yes
Expenses details: We reimburse any relevant/approved 'out of pocket' expenses related to volunteering every other week.
Training details: Support and relevant guidance is provided to all volunteers.
