Mamacita Foundation is seeking organized and detail-oriented volunteers to assist with sorting and managing donated items. Volunteers will help ensure that donations are processed efficiently and distributed to those in need. Responsibilities: Sort and categorize donated items such as clothing, food, household goods, and other essentials. Maintain an organized inventory system. Assist with the preparation and distribution of donation packages. Ensure that donated items meet quality standards. Help with the setup and cleanup of donation sorting areas. Work with other volunteers and staff to support the overall mission of the foundation.

We're looking for people interested in volunteering as editors at our non-profit citizen journalism publication. You will need to have a good command of the English language and be willing to adapt to our house style. If you have pre-existing experience, that's great. If not, we will train you. You can do this job from your home and how much you choose to take on is up to you. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to develop new skills, take training courses, access our library of educational materials and build up your network, as well as helping to support ethical journalism in Scotland and bring people news they would otherwise miss. The RAF Association is a member-led, welfare charity that exists to ensure that all members of the RAF community are supported, when they require it. The caseworker’s role is at the heart of this charity objective and volunteers undertaking this role will be helping us to deliver this support to the RAF community. The role is about supporting and listening to an individual and assessing their needs - this can include anything from helping them to complete a form, applying for funding for a wet-room or new white goods. Caseworkers may also need to gather complex information and ask questions regarding finances and health conditions. You would be required to provide clear and precise information on these topics. A RAF or forces background is not essential, and we welcome applications from all areas of the community.

We are looking for volunteers who can help Care Experienced people who may feel lonely and isolated this Christmas.  Our Christmas volunteers will assist in providing transport to and from the venue on Christmas day. Pickups from 10.30am (depending on location) and drop offs will start at 3pm. This role will involve interacting with people aged 18 plus through providing a memorable day for so many on a day that can be extremely challenging. Who Cares? Scotland is a people organisation.
