By providing company and companionship, volunteers will be enhancing the patient experience and helping to reduce any feelings of isolation and loneliness.
Activities include:
• Chatting and listening to patients.
• Reading to patients.
• Playing board games.
• Reminiscence activities using discussion, books and other resources.

• Ability to use own initiative.
• Confidence in a hospital setting.
Travel details: Mid-Argyll is accessible by car, foot and local bus services.

Taster details: An "Expression of Interest" visit can be organised at point of enquiry and an induction is available on start.
