Are you passionate about making a difference in your local community? Do you enjoy working with young people (age 6-14) and helping them grow? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! 1st Portlethen Scout Group is seeking dedicated volunteers to join our team of volunteers as uniformed Scout Leaders, also known as Team Members. This role is designed to provide young people with valuable life skills, outdoor experiences, and fun activities. In each section, our team of volunteers: • Plan (together or individually once every 4-5 weeks) and deliver (with the team) a great programme once a week - sharing the load, respecting your time and capitalising on your skills. • Contribute to a great culture for volunteers and members. • Ensure scouts is a safe environment for everyone. • Contribute to admin getting done, such as keeping member records, sorting out kit and badges. • Keeps everyone in the loop.
