Volunteers participate in all aspects of shop work. Activities include stock control, sorting, tagging and replenishing items for sale. Volunteers will also help with merchandising, customer service, cash handling and window dressing.
To raise income to support vulnerable Children, Young People and their Families.

Experience required: No skills or experience are required as full training will be given. However, the right attitude to Volunteering and the right motive to volunteer is desired. The volunteer will be invited along to the shop to meet with the manager and a trial period will be arranged. Due to the Stevenston store being mainly heavy furniture and electrical goods a good level of physical capability will be required.

Expenses details: Organisation does NOT provide travel expenses for volunteers
Taster details: Volunteers are invited to a 2 hour taster session following which they can opt out if they feel it's not for them.
