Our volunteers say that making a positive difference to our members is what they most enjoy about volunteering at Sported. What will I do as a Sported volunteer? You'll use your professional skills and lived experience to help groups overcome operational challenges, become better equipped for the future, and tackle inequality in sport. Most of our roles are quite flexible and work around your schedule. We do our best to only share opportunities we think are relevant to you. With most of our volunteering support being delivered digitally, it’s even easier to get started supporting members across our network.

Cohousing Scotland is a charity supporting innovative housing solutions. We act as a support forum for local Cohousing groups, fostering best practice, promoting opportunities and providing guidance to stakeholders. As a charity fully operated by volunteers, we are looking for the clear and strategic mind of a Finance & HR trustee to help us get ready to apply for funding and employ staff.

Kingswells Community Centre and Webster Park provide welcoming facilities for use by all members of the community and are continuing to develop and grow for the needs of our future generations. We currently require a volunteer to be a Treasurer on our Management Committee and would welcome anyone with finance experience to join us in helping develop our centres further and provide quality experiences for the community. It would involve attending regular 6 weekly committee meetings and liaising with the Manager of the centre to produce financial reports to present at the meetings. There would also be end of year reports required to be prepared for submitting for auditing. We are a friendly group and we even provide biscuits at our meetings!
