As part of this, we are looking for volunteers who will:
• Provide reception cover; welcome visitors to the office and provide hospitality.
• Respond to general enquiries by telephone and e-mail and update databases and room bookings.
• You may also be expected to process incoming & outgoing mail
• Ensure at all times, the maintenance of DWA’s confidentiality policy.
• Assist in the promotion of a fair and quality service that is sensitive and responsive to; service users, funders and visitors.
