meetings and administrative tasks. As the Secretary, you will be responsible for maintaining
records, preparing agendas, and supporting communication within the council and the
community.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and distribute agendas, minutes, and other relevant documents for council
meetings.
• Attend council meetings, take accurate minutes, and ensure timely distribution.
• Maintain and update council records and files, both electronic and hard copy.
• Assist in organising community events and initiatives.
• Handle correspondence and communications on behalf of the council.
• Coordinate with council members to ensure follow-up on action items.
• Provide general administrative support to the council as needed.
