Why we want you We are committed to supporting carers across Lanarkshire & volunteers are key partners in the success of our organisation and support all aspects of our work. Your contribution is key to supporting our services & the donation of your time, skills and experience is of invaluable benefit to us and the carers we support. We are looking for friendly individuals with a pleasant personality to assist our fundraising team. When we want you We are seeking support to our fundraising team, hours will be flexible on an ad-hoc basis depending on events or activities. Involvement with the bi-monthly fundraising meeting approx. 2 hrs Locations: Varied across North & South Lanarkshire The skills we need Professional & friendly attitude Enthusiastic and passionate about support for unpaid carers Ability to work as part of a team Flexible Good communication skills Good organisational skills Experience in retail (optional) What you will be doing (you are not required to do all tasks) Bucket collections at events/supermarkets/shopping centres Securing donations for raffles Assist in the planning & promotion of events Assisting with raffles at events Sourcing and promoting items for sale in our centre shops Stock control of shop items What's in it for you Full training and support The opportunity to build & develop skills The opportunity to meet new people Valuable work experience to add onto your cv Reasonable out-of-pocket expenses Make a real difference to the lives of carers

What we would require from you We are seeking volunteers that could support us on a home basis role (Equipment Supplied) Wi-Fi essential for connection. Minimum commitment 4 hours per week.
