We all need to stay at home to protect ourselves and others. However, those who are well and not at risk can provide essential support for their family, friends and neighbours who cannot leave the house.

To provide a relaxing memory garden in the grounds of the hospital for seriously ill people

Current opportunity

Can you help keep this garden looking nice for those receiving palative care within the hospital? Developing, planting and maintaining the gardens which is overlooked by the ward. Are looking for volunteers to help maintain the garden at the Town and County Hospital, Wick. The garden is the size of a football pitch and is divided into different themed areas. We have also developed part of the grounds to ensure patients have something nice to look at from all windows. Volunteers can have an area to look after or just do whatever is most necessary.
