Moray Way Association

Charity registered in Scotland SC047381

The Moray Way Association aims to promote active outdoor
recreation, in particular walking and cycling as
sustainable & health activities to benefit the Moray
community and its visitors. We achieve this by
maintaining, improving and promoting the Moray Way,
a new 95 mile long distance circular route, running the
Moray Walking & Outdoor Festival and other events
throughout the year. We work with partners across sectors; council, business, NGOS, community to do this.

Current opportunity

The Moray Way Association runs an annual walking and outdoor festival each June. It has been growing year by year and we are finding that we need some help keeping up to date with bookings and coordinating information between attendees and event providers. We are a small group who are getting spread a bit too thin and would appreciate the help of someone who likes to make things come together. This can be done from anywhere with Internet access. We start taking bookings in spring and it reaches its busiest at the beginning of the Festival and we would like someone some help to manage our online bookings for this. As events happen outdoors, sometimes we need help with informing people of last minute changes. If you have an interest in any aspect of the outdoors you might enjoy helping other people to get out there and enjoy it too!
