Salvation Army - Tranent Charity Shop

Charity registered in Scotland SC009359

We provide support for the local community by offering help to the homeless, older people, emergency response and more. Our charity shop is the first point of contact for most people.

Current opportunity

We are looking for volunteers to join us at our shop where we have a fun and easy going atmosphere. The volunteer role includes checking and getting donations ready to go out in to the main shop, this includes tagging and hanging clothes, pricing our wide range of goods such as bric-a-brac, shoes, handbags, books, toys and DVDs. You could also help with our window displays and when you felt comfortable you can get involved with serving customers.
