Citizen's Advice understand that everyone can, at some point in their life, face problems that seem complicated or intimidating. At Denny CAB we believe no one should have to face these problems without good quality, independent advice. That’s why we’re here: to give people the knowledge and the confidence they need to find their way forward - whoever they are, and whatever their problem. Volunteer Advisors will interview clients in person, or sometimes by phone or e-mail and provide relevant information to clients, explaining their choices, offering practical help by writing letters, making phone calls and helping fill in forms. Volunteer Advisers will be professional, observing confidentiality and adhering to all the organisation’s protocols and procedures.
