Hear Me is a counselling service for survivors (age 8+) of sexual abuse and volunteers enable this work to continue to flourish. Purpose & main duties of this role: 1. Deliver and grow unrestricted voluntary income year on year in line with agreed annual budgets from a portfolio of small and medium size grant making trusts and corporate foundations. 2. Proactively approach and steward this portfolio by phone, in person ad in writing according to application criteria, developing excellent working relationships with decision makers and trust staff. This includes researching, developing and creating funding proposals and reports required. 3. To develop a database to accurately record all communications regularly with existing and new funders. Purpose of the role: - To support the organisation with a variety of administrative tasks which will highlight the work of the charity - Design and produce material to reflect the outcomes of the organisation We are particularly looking for someone who can help us input data & statistics on a monthly basis. This may be used to produce graphs/short reports. Can be done from home! Main tasks: · Reviewing policies/leaflets etc · Producing newsletters/designing posters · Compiling reports/graphs from data supplied · Becoming part of a subgroup to complete Volunteer Friendly Awards · Preparing training materials Want to know more, register your interest now!

We are looking for qualified counsellors to take up a volunteering role with Hear Me. Hear Me provide counselling for men, women and children (aged 8 and above) who are survivors of sexual abuse. To help reach more people we are recruiting suitably qualified counsellors.
