Our retail stores are the face of our charity on the high-street and in local communities. We have loads of amazing stock donated to us every week, and this all needs to be sorted, tagged and put on the shop-floor for sale! Making sure our shops look fantastic is another task you can get involved with. You may also be required to help out on the till too, but we will show you how that works during your time volunteering with us. We value the contribution of everyone who supports Barnardo’s. Motherwell Donation Centre is re-launching, and we are searching for amazing volunteers to join us! We are looking for an E-bay champion volunteer to help us research, process and dispatch suitable goods for our eBay shop. An interest in second hand goods or collectables would be good. Have you got great communication and customer service skills? We need you to be part of this exciting venture, as we look to build a strong customer base in our new revamped store. We are always looking for customer service volunteers to help us merchandise and maintain our displays, serve customers and accept donations and who will support our fundraising events. We also need volunteers for the warehouse – this involves hanging and tagging clothes, assisting with donations and delivery drivers.
