Current opportunity

Leonard Cheshire requires a Go Digital Volunteer to help people with additional support needs learn how to use smart devices and access and use the internet. For more than 70 years, we have been supporting disabled people. In the UK and around the world, we work with partners to open doors to opportunity. We also work hard to break down barriers that deny disabled people their basic rights. Key Activities as a Go Digital Volunteer include: -To help clients set up and get started with their tablet or laptop -Provide ongoing support by video call, phone or email -Support clients to learn digital skills, such as making video calls, web browsing, using email and social media -Encourage clients to feel confident in using technology This is a great opportunity to develop skills in communication and technology skills. You will need to be a confident IT user, familiar with tablets and PC so that you can help other
