Duties: -To arrange appropriate food and beverages in advance of the group (specifics will be provided) -Setting up and clearing away for the group -Arrange activities for the group and source materials -To distribute literature from Headway UK to members including competitions and information -Liaise with other volunteers to produce quarterly newsletter

Duties: Preparing for meetings- Sending notices of all meetings to members within the time required by the governing document, arranging meetings, preparing the agenda in consultation with the Chair and distributing the agenda with any background papers Participating in meetings- Ensuring that the minutes of the previous meeting are accurate, agreed and signed and dated on each page by the Chair, taking and producing minutes of the meeting, distributing minutes in a timely manner.

Duties: Liaise and build relationships with providers/businesses to include hospitals, GP surgeries, physiotherapists, and local authorities, who can assist Fife Headway in recruiting members (people with an ABI) who will benefit from their services. and to raise awareness of the charity. Occasionally meet new members at the monthly group and be part of welcoming them. They are looking for volunteers who are outgoing and friendly. Be a Vice Chairperson for a charity providing vital support and information for people with brain injury, their families and carers. Build your experience and share your skills for Fife Headway. This role is vital to help them run the work that they do. The role is varied and may include the following: Planning the annual cycle of board meetings and set the agendas; chairing and facilitating the board meetings; giving directions to board policy making; monitoring that decisions taken at board meetings are implemented; representing the organisation at appropriate events, meetings or functions; acting as a spokesperson for the organisation where appropriate; attend monthly board meetings, participate in other tasks as they arise from time to time, such as interviewing new staff, helping with fundraising; keep informed about the activities of the organisation and wider issues which affect its work. New role holders within the board are needed as due to a mixture of health and personal reasons, the current volunteers are seeking to step down. Monthly board meetings will be held both on zoom and face to face when appropriate. Meetings are arranged to suit those attending.
