Current opportunities

Volunteers to help drive the Rural transport vehicle on behalf of Befriending Caithness. They have Groups monthly and need a driver to pick up and drop-off prople attending the group. Arease covered, Wick, Thurso and Mey -once a month would help.

Could you could come up with creative ideas for fundraising, Bingo, Quizes tea dances. Any assistance welcome to help this popular Caithness service.

Volunteer Befrienders needed in Caithness to offer face-to-face support to people in their own homes who are facing isolation. Training and support given.

younger volunteers -from different generation than those they will be visiting [usually elderly service users]. Volunteers can help by befriending residents in care homes or hospital on a regular basis
