Our shops help fund Hospice care in the Highlands. Retail volunteers work as part of team with the Shop Manager to keep the shop open and to generate income from the sale of donated and new goods. Our 14 shops are located across the Highlands. Main responsibilities: • To provide high standards of customer care to shoppers • To sort and price goods • To operate the till and handle cash • To help keep the shop clean and tidy

In the city Café @ Highland Hospice provides members of the public with hot drinks, baking, snacks and lunches. It is a new venture and a valuable source of fundraising for the Hospice. The café operates a table service as well as a takeaway service. Staff serve teas, coffees, baking and light lunches prepared on site. Volunteers will be helping to welcome customers to the Café, show them to their table, clear tables and clean dishes.
