GRACE are looking for an Administration Volunteer to help them with the day to day administration duties. The role will involve keeping members file up to date, replying to correspondence via both email and post, making phone calls when needed and other various administration tasks. GRACE are looking for a positive, happy person who preferably has experience of working with Microsoft Office systems.
Volunteers will be given full training and public travel expenses will be paid
To collect food donations from local stores and deliver to Hillhead Community Centre
A volunteer bookkeeper is currently being sought by GRACE. We run a number of fundraising events throughout the year as well as funding which comes from a variety of sources. A bookkeeper is required to keep track of the funds and ensure that restricted and unrestricted funds are allocated accordingly. Experience of SAGE would be essential
