At Barnardo's we believe in children - no matter who they are, what they have done or what they have been through. We will ensure their needs are met and their voices are heard.

Current opportunity

General sales floor duties (customer service, stock replenishment, till operation, security awareness). Merchandising and display (could include designing and completing promotional window displays). General stockroom duties (sorting, preparation, pricing, health & safety). Department supervision (e.g. setting up an event or permanent department to attract customers - clothing/books/household.etc). Administrative duties (ordering and receipt of New Goods, related paperwork, checking statements, stocktakes, etc. Weekly branch paperwork and filling). Market Research ( analysis of competition, local trading, research retail environment through national press, customer surveys.). Recruiting additional volunteers (could be through contact with local colleges, schools, libraries, etc.)
