At PDSA, saving, protecting and healing pets is what we’re all about. We are dedicated to improving pet wellbeing in three very special ways – by educating owners, preventing disease and carrying out life-saving operations.

Current opportunities

As a charity shop volunteer, you’ll take part in a wide range of activities that support the day-to-day running of the shops. You could be involved in customer service, processing transactions on the tills, replenishing the stock on the shop floor, or perfecting eye-catching displays to entice customers in! Behind the scenes, volunteers also get involved in sorting donations, finding hidden gems and preparing goods for sale. We’re looking for reliable volunteers who are 18 years of age or over who enjoy working in a team to make a difference. Our application form is online, but if you need help or more information, you can pop into your local PDSA charity shop and talk to the friendly Shop Manager or give them a call to discuss the role in more detail. https://www.pdsa.org.uk/get-involved/volunteer/1599_charity-shop-volunteer---falkirk

We are looking for volunteers who can help out with a variety of tasks. We need help with processing donations, operating the till, replenishing the shop with stock and books, sorting through DVDs and CDs, help with our window displays and help to keep the shop clean and tidy.
