We are looking for people to help out in our community cafe by helping to prepare food, wash up and serve customers

We are looking for a person with either/or both Accountancy or Financial experience to design, develop and implement a working electronic financial system (with our team) which can interface with our existing banking, sales and invoicing systems, then train the team how to operates it. The system should ideally be capable of generating all necessary reports on all financial transaction interfaces and types. The Treasure will then report all relevant data into the board and deliver the end of year financial report for the centre.

We are looking someone to work alongside our existing cook. To ensure that during their periods of work the kitchen working area and equipment cleanliness and hygiene for COSHH, food safety and Health and Safety rules are applied and followed. - Ensure that the kitchen is well presented and well stocked. - Offer a warm and friendly service. - Plan and prepare menu's, prepare and cook food and plate orders ready for serving, assisting with serving if required. There may be an opportunity in the future for this volunteer role to lead to a more permanent paid position
