The Centre provides day care facilities for older people who live in the Forfar area.

We believe that all people regardless of age or disability have the right to live in their own homes as long as they wish to, with the help of whatever services are available, this Centre is proud to offer some of those services.

We also believe that all persons have the right to live their lives with dignity and comfort, as independently as possible and with some adventure.


Current opportunities

We are a voluntary organisation in Forfar and centre-based day care for adults in Forfar and the surrounding area. We are looking to increase our volunteers at the centre to assist our dedicated staff team! Volunteer drivers' mornings: 8.30am - 10.30am drive our minibus to assist members to come to and from the centre. Person would need to be physically fit and have a full driving licence. Volunteer escort: To assist on buses (above times). Both of these opportunities are additional to staffing levels required and would be supported by staff. We are looking to increase our volunteers at the centre to assist our dedicated staff team! The centre is looking for volunteers assist within the centre, with activities and socialise with members. Assiting staff to allow us to offer more variety in our activities as well as Activity Volunteers to share a talent or interest they have with our service user group. For example: Arts & Crafts, Sports, Baking, Gardening, Woodworking, Origami, Exercises, the list could be endless!
