To provide opportunities for young people to acquire skills and develop their employability and to provide opportunities for young people to become involved in social enterprise.


Current opportunities

Volunteers will gain new skills around youth issues. They will develop new relationships with young people and adults. Volunteers will have the opportunity to pass on their own skills, which will help them develop more self confidence and self esteem. Volunteers will feel valued as they are asked to participate in team building/celebration volunteers events. They will also become more employable and may gain access to higher education because of volunteering.

Pitstop are currently looking for volunteers to come along and help us renovate the garden. Volunteers will gain new skills around gardening whilst developing new relationships with young people and adults. Volunteers will have the opportunity to pass on their own skills, which will help them develop more self confidence and self esteem. Volunteers will feel valued as they are asked to participate in team building/celebration volunteers events. They will also become more employable and may gain access to higher education because of volunteering.
