REACH was established to bridge the gap in post diagnostic services across Lanarkshire, to provide support to families who have a young person with an Autism Spectrum Condition. We provide a service to families and individuals in need of our support to lead empowered and inclusive lives. REACH provides emotional and practical support and guidance to individuals and families living with an ASD and raises awareness of the condition in the home and in the local and wider community.

Current opportunity

REACH Lanarkshire Autism is a charity, which provides activities throughout Lanarkshire for children and young people with Autism. We are looking for Sessional Workers to provide support to our children and young people, in our weekly activities across Lanarkshire. This is a Sessional post, which means you will only be required to work term time (approximately 40 weeks during the year). You will be a patient and calm person who is able to stay grounded in challenging situations. The role may be demanding at times but ultimately you have a chance to make a big impact on our young people’s lives. Relevant qualifications and experience are beneficial but not essential, as it is your enthusiasm and willingness to learn that we are after.
