Wednesdays: Active Lifeskills Group (mixed) 10am – 2pm (9:30am to 2:30pm for volunteers) This group is made up of young men and women who are aged 14 to 20. The sessions are geared toward giving these young people life skills to bridge the gap between childhood and adulthood and as such schools have been getting involved in referring young people to the group. You will be able to facilitate and get involved in activities such as cooking, dusting, making beds, and using appliances whilst supporting the members.
