Current opportunity

The Board of Trustees meets on a Thursday evening from 6 to 8pm every eight weeks at the Civic Centre in Livingston, to discuss the overall strategic direction of Open Door and to make key decisions. There are currently nine people on the board, and the charities Director also attends. We need someone to make paraphrased notes of the boards discussions, including noting key actions, before typing them up and submitting them to the Director/ Board Secretary for circulation. Access to a computer can be provided at our office in Bathgate or our accommodation unit in Craigshill. Evening super is also provided prior to the start of the meeting.
