Board members are the strategic drive for the organisation and are expected to show a commitment to the organisation’s values. The board meets once a month to oversee services and finances, ensuring that each are aligned with the strategic business plan. The plan is reviewed annually and renewed every three years. Board members provide guidance and support to the organisation’s staff through the CEO, provide a link with the society’s membership and ensure the needs of our service.
