Current opportunities

GO’s IT Buddy Project aims to connect volunteer IT Buddies with those who need IT support. IT Buddies can offer support with basic IT skills, smart phones, apps, iPad / tablet, using printers & more. IT Buddies are available on a adhoc drop in basis within the GO office, can be matched for 6 week training sessions or group training sessions

Grampian Opportunities are looking for some one who can help out with transport, due to the larder which is one of GO's Projects, this Project receives food donations from community outlets like Morrisons, Aldi's and M&S who sometimes deliver their donations but sometimes we might get a call to say that a charity can come along and pick a donation up, we are based in Inverurie and the pick ups are usually a 5 minute drive here and there. Sometimes the travel might be further afield but not much further and might be quite rare. Sometimes some one might ask for a lift somewhere but again this does not happen very often. If you are interested then please contact the service on 01467 629675/07498360731 and ask for Tracey Harrison I work Monday Tuesdays and Fridays.
