Ability Shetland supports the efforts of disabled people to realise their full potential in all areas of life.
In addition to providing advice and information to service users and service providers, Ability Shetland runs a variety of clubs and recreational activities throughout the year.
Arts & Crafts; visits to, for example, lifeboat station; golfing; trampolining and social activities.
Ability Shetland offers its clients the opportunity to take part in various sporting activities including swimming, badminton, bowls, football and many more. Volunteers join in and have fun helping our clients enjoy their activities.
Take clients out and about on outings, mainly assisting with pushing wheelchair users
The Holiday Clubs are split into two groups corresponding to Primary and Secondary age groups. The Clubs are based at the AHS but will take part in activities at various venues.
