Bonnie Dundee

Bonnie Dundee is a partnership between community groups, Dundee City Council, businesses, organisations and individuals across the city.

Volunteers are involved in a wide range of projects and activities each year including tending over 50 city centre planters, gardening sessions, litter picks, encouraging biodiversity and community gardening.

Those involved aim to improve Dundee’s environment for both residents and visitors alike.


Current opportunity

Bonnie Dundee is looking for volunteers to help make Dundee a greener, cleaner and brighter place for everyone. All are welcome to come and help us with our gardening activities and other tasks. Our volunteers and are involved in a wide range of projects and activities each year. Including tending to over 50 planters, an urban orchard and two gardens in the city centre, plus carrying out litter picks and helping to encourage biodiversity. Those involved aim to improve Dundee’s environment for both residents and visitors alike, providing opportunities for people to get involved and make a difference in their community. Bonnie Dundee has a great sense of community and enthusiasm, welcoming all volunteers regardless of age, experience or ability.
