Real Life Options

Real Life Options was first established in 1992 to support and empower people with learning disabilities and autism to have more choice and greater control over their lives. Over the last three decades, they have grown to become a national provider of social support and care while staying true to their core ethos.

As a registered charity, they support over 1,500 people across the UK to help develop their independence and achieve their potential. They recognise that to be excellent in their field, they need to truly understand and champion the changing needs and aspirations of the people they support. Through partnerships with families, thought-leader organisations and professional services, they believe in constantly evolving and providing a person-centred approach at every step in an individual’s support journey.
