Our Objective: To respond to modern-day challenges in the communities by employing innovative means to better the lives of the members of the community across different ages by improving health and wellbeing, learning and development and through coworking and collaboration within the community and our town centre presence.


Current opportunities

4 The Benefit Of All are a charity which was founded just before lockdown. We plan to open a centre in ground floor, town centre premises in Grangemouth which will provide space for the community, non profit and more than profit organisations as well as off and online wellbeing, learning and development opportunities for those in the area. We are looking to further strengthen our board with the appointment of Board Members with a strong background in the following to advise and help steer the charity: - Marketing - Finance This is seen as crucial to our future development and upscaling of the charity into a mulitsite organisation which will help repopulate the high street, provide local facilities, train and equip people for employment and self employment and provide opportunities for employment and self employment in social media and digital areas.

We are seeking to attract 2 Finance and Administration Volunteers to support our financial and administrative processes through effective implementation of policies, systems and robust internal controls. The individual will maintain accurate and transparent record keeping and updating all accounting records and other financial and administrative records as required. Main Tasks and Responsibilities • Ensure that documentation for all accounting transactions relating to specific grant funding is complete, transparent and robust • Ensure monthly controls and reconciliations are performed • Ensure company-wide compliance to grant conditions and internal financial policies and highlighting areas of concern to the Chief Officer • Work with the team to help develop a funding strategy and ensure this is implemented to maintain integrity and transparency throughout the organisation • Ensure that our paper filing records for all accounting transactions relating to funding is fully documented, well structured, transparent and easily accessible • Other ad-hoc administrative duties as they may arise Other Duties and Responsibilities: • Maintain confidentiality in all areas of work • Adhere to GDPR and Safeguarding policies • Demonstrate a strong commitment to creating an inclusive, equal, and diverse workplace • Work collaboratively with colleagues across the company to collectively deliver our ethos, mission, vision and aims Benefits • Access to professional coaching and mentorship • Access to Personal Development and soft skills training courses free of charge • Hybrid system of working • References to add to your CV • Professional Networking • The chance to socialise with others at social committees and events Interested candidates should send a CV and a covering email to alex@4thebenefitofall.org outlining how your background, skills and experience fit with this role and why you are keen to support the community.

We are seeking to attract 2 Reception, Admin and Events Volunteers to support admin, events and reception duties as part of a small team delivering learning and wellbeing projects and events across the Falkirk district.
