CASE stands for Caring And Sharing Effectively and the project began in Kilmarnock in December 1999 as a charity with the vision that it would be supported entirely by volunteers so that all the money would go to the projects we support within the local community and selected projects abroad.


Current opportunities

CASE stands for Caring And Sharing Effectively and the project began in Kilmarnock in December 1999 as a charity with the vision that it would be supported entirely by volunteers so that all the money would go to local community projects & selected projects abroad with the aim of helping those in need. We need more volunteers to work in our charity shop assisting customers with purchasing of goods, preparing items for sale, providing customer advice & taking payments for goods. Volunteers will learn new skills & gain experience to add to their CV, meeting new people, other volunteers & customers will help to build self-confidence which can help people getting back into the workplace.

We need more volunteers to help out in the warehouse area upstairs in our charity shop. This will involve transferring donation bags from cars/vans; sorting the donations & pricing items ready for displaying in the main shop for sale to customers. Volunteers will learn new skills, experience to add to their CV. Meeting new people, other volunteers & customers will help to build self-confidence which can help people getting back into the workplace.
