We are a registered Community Interest Company (CIC) meaning that we work towards providing benefits socially, economically and environmentally. These include but are not limited to:
• We sell affordable quality preloved goods to families in Central Scotland and beyond through our shops in Stirling and Bishopbriggs.
• We work to alleviate the environmental burden of landfill waste by encouraging the recycling of children’s toys, clothing & equipment.
• We work to reduce the impacts of poverty on children & their families in our local area. We facilitate support from the wider community, via health & social care professionals to families in need.
• We host a variety of subsidised sessions for families to promote the family bond & to encourage the gathering & cooperation of our communities. We are passionately committed to combating the loneliness which affects people of all ages in our community.
• We provide a social space for parents and families, including advice and information and baby feeding and changing facilities. We support and encourage social networking.
• We advocate and appreciate our volunteers and employees. We endeavour to promote job satisfaction, personal development and advancement.
• We operate Monday – Saturday 10.00am – 4.00pm


Current opportunity

Volunteer Retail assistant required to assist in all aspects of stock processing within our thriving community shop. This will include assessing donations, sorting various toys, clothing & equipment & as appropriate, light cleaning, preparation & presentation. Ensuring the shop is well presented at all times, is clean, tidy & offers a pleasant retail experience. To deliver excellent customer service.
