Current opportunity

RSVP Forth Valley volunteers plan, organise and lead around 120 local walks per year. Under the guidance of trained Walk Leaders, regular participating walkers enjoy considerable social & physical benefits. Working with the walk leader team, the Walking Group Organiser will ensure that new walker membership forms are completed & that walkers' registers are maintained. Together they will also co-ordinate the production & distribution of quarterly walk schedules. The Walking Group Organiser will also:- * take overall responsibility for co-ordinating walk leaders' activity * link up with strategic partners to further develop the local walking network * attend RSVP Advisory Board meetings & report to members * conduct safety checks & risk-assess new walks This is a tremendous opportunity for you to meet new people, maintain skills and keep fit.
