ROLE DESCRIPTION: We are seeking to recruit Coffee Shop Volunteers to assist in the day to day running of the coffee shop who have a positive and welcoming attitude, good communication skills and want to be part of an enthusiastic and motivated team. Experience is not required however any experience in catering or hospitality may be of benefit. Barista training will be provided to you to make and serve our range of coffees. DUTIES INCLUDE: 1. Operating the till. 2. Serving customers in a pleasant and courteous manner. 3. Cleaning the kitchen and coffee shop area in accordance with Health and Safety Regulations and Guidance. 4. Undertaking the preparation of the food and beverages served in the coffee shop. 5. Ensuring that the coffee shop is clean and tidy and creates a pleasant and welcoming environment. 6. Reporting maintenance issues to the Coffee Shop Manager. WE ARE LOOKING FOR: The ideal volunteers will be enthusiastic, able to work on their own initiative and be able to work under pressure.
