Bikes for Refugees (Scotland)

Bikes for Refugees (Scotland) aims to support the resettlement of socio-economically disadvantaged and isolated New Scots through the upcycling and provision of free bicycles and the transformational power of cycling. We now have a hub in Harrison Park as well as Leith in Edinburgh.

Current opportunities

Our volunteers are essential in helping us fix and repair bikes to give to New Scots. Whether you are a self-taught hobby mechanic or are a bike-building wizard, we’d love to have your help in our workshops. You can practise and improve your skills alongside other friendly volunteers.
