As a Youth Worker, you will play a pivotal role in fostering the holistic development of young people from diverse cultural backgrounds aged 10-18. Beyond engaging in activities on Thursdays and Fridays, this role is distinguished by a strong human rights focus, committed to upholding the Convention on the Rights of the Child. In addition to promoting cultural integration, you will have a hands-on role in coordinating activities.

Project Esperanza is a charity that offers practical, emotional and integration support predominantly to families of African heritage but also supports a huge base of people from multi ethnic backgrounds. We are looking for someone to help with our allotment where we grow organic food. The role involves caring for the plants, weeding, making compost, cutting grass, constructing plants supports/beds. Requirements: Interest in organic farming. Awareness of no dig methods.
