Volunteer required as Treasurer with financial skills to carry out the day to day computer based work involving income and expenditure of the house then reporting accounts to the Executive Committee on a monthly basis at meetings. Controlling income from rents and paying suppliers, approximately 12 - 15 monthly accounts, payed by cheque or bank transfer. Setting budgets, Supervising Staff wages which are currently processed by an outside company but net wages figures returned to us to be paid by bank transfer. Yearly accounts for auditors as well as Charity Commission (OSCR). Time required to carry out work would be approximately 2 hours per week with extra time at the end of the month producing the figures for the monthly meetings.
