Description

This is an opportunity for volunteers to learn new and already obtained skills to help and assist members of the public with their query. A volunteer can specialise in a preferred area e.g. benefits, employment, debt, tribunals etc. Training will be available with the cost being met by Gordon Rural Action. Gordon Rural Action uses the CAS advice system.

Organisation aims and objectives

To improve the quality of life for individuals in our local community through the provision of a professional and focussed advice and information service. To provide free, independent, confidential and impartial advice on a range of issues including benefits and debt. To promote our successful and sustainable charity shops which provide good quality and affordable products to our customers.
