As one of the largest voluntary organisations in North Lanarkshire, we give volunteers the opportunity to help and assist young people from the Bellshill & Mossend area. The aim of bellshill & mossend YMCA si to provide support and information to residents within North Lanarkshire. The YMCA premises hosts a wide range of different activities including a gym/fitness suite, cafe, childcare provision and support programmes. (a) To promote Christ's kingdom among young people. (b) To safeguard its Christian basis, purpose, aims and character. (c) To formulate and implement development policies. (d) To promote events by which the aims, purposes and program of Bellshill and Mossend YMCA may be furthered, in keeping with the constitution of the Scottish National Council of YMCAs as (hereinafter referred to as the Scottish National Council) as amended from time to time. (e) To improve the quality of the life of the young people of the community through Christian example and by providing facilities and activities of a social and recreational nature.
