Description

We are excited to have various volunteering opportunities within Angus Independent Advocacy including a role to support our online presence.

Support Angus Independent Advocacy with their social media platforms ( Facebook, Twitter) by developing a clear marketing strategy and identify opportunities to improve. This would be linked to the creation of a team marketing pack which would be used to develop a marketing strategy in order to link them all together and for effective running of the AIA website and social media.

Organisation aims and objectives

To provide accessible independent advocacy within Angus for adults who have: a mental health problem, a learning disability, dementia, an acquired brain injury or who are frail and elderly.

Frequency and commitment details

Variable, 1-2 hours per fortnight. Long term commitment

Restrictions

Experience required: You will need to be tech savvy, have an understanding of confidentiality, trustworthy, content marketing, design thinking and planning, social media
Travel details: Office based in Arbroath
Minimum age: 18

Support

Expenses details: Any out of pocket expenses are reimbursed. This can be discussed further during the recruitment process.
