The Sports Forever Foundation are a local community group dedicated to improving Mental & Physical wellbeing. We like to tackle trauma through sports and outdoor wellbeing activites.

We are looking for people who are interested in Volunteering at Free Community Football to support Mens Mental Health.
No experience required, to set up and support 5 a side teams.
Volunteers are required just to oversee and manage the football being played with opportunities of joining in a team.

Every Wednesday night at 7pm we put on free football to get men out and taking part in physical activity. We like to tackle trauma through sports. This takes approximately 1 hour 30 mins each week. This will run for 40 weeks.

You will be part of a team to help out managing football games, setting up, setting up teams and making sure games run smoothly.
Also take part if you are interested.

Free every week.

No Experience Required. Opportunities for training can be explored. As a volunteer we will support you in your volunteering role as a Sports Forever Foundation member will be on hand.

Travel details: We meet in Pollok at Silverburn bus stops 6:30pm we go on a mini bus to the 5 a side pitch where we play and then will be dropped back at Silverburn.
Minimum age: 14
