Create and maintain documentation for technology processes and procedures. • Technology Upgrades: Research and recommend new technology solutions that align with the organization's needs and budget constraints. • Hardware and Software Setup: Set up and configure computers, printers, and other technology devices as needed for new staff and volunteers. • Cybersecurity Awareness: Promote cybersecurity best practices among staff and volunteers, emphasizing the importance of data protection and safe online behaviour. • Technology Planning: Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement technology plans that support the foundation's strategic goals. • Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends, tools, and best practices to enhance the foundation's technological capabilities. We are a Community Interest Company (not-for-profit, asset locked) on a mission to reduce the digital inequality for charities, social enterprises, and community groups. What is next for GoodCall? Growth - We have ambitious plans for growth; passionate about continuing to support the organisations we already work with and reaching and supporting lots of more. Sustainability - We are striving to become independently sustainable, with a goal of reaching this by 2025! Project work - Alongside our core services, we are starting like to develop digital projects across our local community in Scotland. In 2023 we started working with young women in a Dundee secondary school, helping to empower and enable the ‘Women in Tech’ movement. In 2024 we will scale up this project and look at other partners we can collaborate with to help reduce barriers to employment for those in our community. Fresh Community Wellness is a growing grassroots charity, registered Scottish Charity Number, SC051346. We operate out of Aberdeen city, working within a (S.I.M.D) high neighbourhood to create lasting change and build a legacy for the future. Predominantly in Seaton neighbourhoods and outdoors, we work with volunteers/residents, with a salutogenic approach to community wellness.
